Coverage support and flexible payment options for your treatment

Insurance Plans We Work With

PPO insurance accepted

We accept PPO plans and assist with verification and claims. Although not in network, patients are not required to pay the full cost upfront. If your provider is not listed, contact us. We may still be able to help.

Check Your Coverage

Complete the form on the right to verify how your insurance plan contributes to your treatment. Submit your provider information, and our team will review your benefits, estimated coverage, and any out‑of‑pocket costs.

Our Financing Options

At Studio Dental NY, we offer CareCredit and Cherry financing to help make dental care more affordable. Qualified patients can use financing for a variety of preventive, restorative, and cosmetic treatments, including cleanings, fillings, periodontal care, root canals, crowns, dental implants, Invisalign®, veneers, and more. Full payment is due on the day of service. Patients who prepay for an upcoming procedure during a previous visit may be eligible for a 5% in-office discount. For more information, visit CareCredit or Cherry, or contact our office.

Cherry offers flexible payment plans that allow patients to divide treatment costs into smaller monthly payments. Approval is based on a soft credit check and provides quick decisions.

CareCredit is a healthcare financing option that provides short‑ and long‑term payment plans for dental treatments. Patients can use approved credit lines for any procedure.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Studio Dental NY accepts most PPO dental insurance plans. If you do not see your insurance provider listed, please contact our office and we will be happy to verify your coverage.
Depending on your insurance plan, you may be responsible for a copayment, deductible, or estimated patient portion at the time of your visit. We will do our best to help you understand any expected costs before treatment.
Not always. Dental insurance helps cover eligible services based on your plan's benefits, limitations, and annual maximum. Coverage varies by provider and plan.
An annual maximum is the total amount your dental insurance plan will pay toward your dental care during a benefit year. Once this amount has been reached, any additional treatment costs become the patient's responsibility until benefits reset.
Frequency limits are restrictions set by your insurance company regarding how often certain services are covered. For example, some plans cover cleanings twice per year, while others require a specific amount of time between visits. Similar limits may apply to x-rays, fillings, crowns, and other procedures.
Some insurance plans base reimbursement on the cost of a less expensive treatment option. For example, a plan may reimburse based on the cost of a silver filling even when a tooth-colored filling is used. In these cases, patients are responsible for the difference between the insurance reimbursement and the actual treatment cost.
Many insurance plans cover two routine dental exams per year. If you require an additional exam, such as an emergency dental visit, your insurance may not provide coverage for that third exam. Our team can help verify your benefits and explain any out-of-pocket costs.
Once your annual maximum has been reached, insurance will no longer contribute toward covered services until your benefits renew. You may still receive treatment as needed, and any remaining balance will be paid out of pocket.
Yes. Our team is happy to verify your insurance benefits and provide an estimate of your coverage before treatment whenever possible.
CareCredit is a healthcare financing option that allows qualified patients to pay for dental treatment over time with flexible monthly payments. Depending on eligibility, CareCredit may offer 3, 6, 12, or 18-month promotional financing options, including no-interest plans when the balance is paid within the specified period. Applications are quick and decisions are often provided within minutes.
